Advance HE’s Top Management Programme (TMP)
Advance HE’s Top Management Programme (TMP) is the Sector’s most senior leadership development programme, running twice annually for an international participant group of 21 Executive Team members. Understanding Governance is an important Programme theme, which we address through speakers and a simulation. As the simulation is much more powerful when current Institutional Chairs are involved, the Programme Director is hoping to interest two further members to join Jennifer Bremner in the exercise on December 17 2021 from 14.15 to 15.45, either online or in-person (the Programme will be based in London). A full briefing and pack will be provided but the essence of the exercise is meeting with the Executive Team of a fictional University, Severn Valley University so that the team can assure you (acting as the Chair) of their approach to addressing a series of significant strategic challenges.
