OfS Consultation on a new approach to regulating equality of opportunity in English higher education

The Office for Students has launched a consultation on a new approach to the regulation of equality of opportunity in English higher education.   They are proposing a new national equality of opportunity risk register which institutions will be expected to consider when setting objectives around access and participation. The Register is intended to go live in Spring 2023.

The OfS has asked for consultation responses to be submitted via the online response form available at https://survey.officeforstudents.org.uk/s/equalityofopportunityconsultation

The deadline for responses to the consultation is 10 November 2022.
