CUC Code of Governance – Draft for Public Comment

Today, we are publishing a near-final draft of the CUC Code of Governance for public comment.
The draft reflects extensive engagement across the sector and introduces strengthened expectations across governance, including culture, risk, assurance and board effectiveness.
