Published – New CUC Code of Higher Education Governance

📢 The Committee of University Chairs (CUC) has just published a new Code of Higher Education Governance, setting expectations for accountability, financial sustainability and institutional leadership. The new Code will apply to England, Northern Ireland and Wales. Developed in response to growing pressures around funding, regulation and public trust, the Code supports governing bodies to lead effectively in an increasingly complex environment—while safeguarding institutional autonomy. 👉 Download the Code document below:
